PRODUCT INFORMATION

What is a Giclée Print? Giclée prints (pronounced Zhee-clay) are high quality reproductions of the original
artwork using archival media and pigmented inks along with an advanced printmaking process.
Our entire Wall Art decor is available in canvas reproductions aka giclée prints. They are printed with a matte
finish using archival inks on the finest archival canvas. We stretch the canvas on 1 1/4" deep stretcher bars which
gives the artwork great presence when hung on a wall vs. the standard 1/2" and 3/4" you'll find at other retailers.
Heavy duty stretcher bars are also used to ensure strength in our frames and ensure our customers are receiving
the best of the best. All our giclée are wrapped gallery style, which means the artwork wraps around the sides. To
complete the process we spray all art with a varnish for added protection. Our products, with proper care, will last
for years to come and hopefully will be passed on for generations to family and friends.
Our Name Plaques and Your Photos Customized are manufactured the same as our giclée prints; by both
products and methods. Name Plaques include 1 1/2" wide grosgrain ribbon for decorative purposes. Your Photos
Customized is such a unique item that there are photo requirements and an agreement that must be
acknowledged before placing an order.
Immense amount of detail and quality control goes into the production of all our products. Most items are made
to order and are given individual attention to ensure customer satisfaction.
Color Variation: All computer monitors are calibrated differently; thus causing there to be a chance of color
variance between the monitor images and the printed artwork. Presenting our artwork and products to the best of
our ability is what we strive to do. There may be a slight difference in the shade and tone of the colors you see on
your monitor opposed to the final print out of the product.

We happily accept orders through fax or mail.

Money Orders are accepted with fax and mail orders only.
If you pay by Money Order when ordering by fax please note that your order will not be processed until payment is
received. If your payment is not received after 10 business days from the date of your fax, we will cancel your
order.

Currently Kiddo Artworks is able to ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or AFO/FPO addresses.
Our standard shipping rates are outlined below and apply only to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping rates to all
orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be determined during checkout. If you are ordering by fax or
mail contact us for accurate shipping charges.
It takes approximately 3-5 business days to process and ship all standard orders. On custom, made-to-order
items, please expect 5-7 business days to process your order. Shipping time is outlined in the diagram below.

Each product that is produced is done so with diligent care and with precise measures. Upon receiving our
products we hope each and every customer is completely satisfied. Please follow the guidelines below for return

Custom Orders:
Custom ordered merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final with custom orders.
Non-custom orders:
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you may return your item under the conditions stated below.
- Cannot be a custom order item.
- You must notify us within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be received undamaged, unsoiled and in its original packaging. Please pack your item
well as it was upon receipt. It is highly recommended that you insure your return package to protect it
against damaged or loss goods. If not received in its original condition a refund will not be issued and your
item will be returned to you at your expense.
Once merchandise is received and accepted a refund will be issued and a credit will be given in the tender it was
paid for, less shipping charges.

At Kiddo Artworks we begin processing our orders in a timely manner, within 24 to 48 hours. Regrettably it may be
difficult to cancel an order after it's been submitted. If we are unable to cancel your order please refer to our
